It gives me immense pleasure to welcome all the perspective students for Under-graduate course, BBS as well as for graduate course MBS. Located in the heart of the Lalitpur, The Caribbean College of Management(CC M) is the cynosure of all eyes. The infrastructure that the college has is second to none. We have a dedicated faculty who open the door for the students but at the same time expect them to enter it by themselves. There is no force more paralyzing than the fear of failure. We mould our students to be self confident and pragmatic such that when they enter life after their studies, they face various challenges with courage, conviction and success. In these times of cut throat competition and the global economy swings, companies require quality students in terms of effectiveness, efficiency with a result oriented vision. At CCM efforts are concentrated on developing the student into a world class professional in alignment with the requirements of the corporate.
At CCM apart from the academic inputs, additional inputs to develop the allround professional personality of the students are provided. Case Studies, Presentations, Group Discussion, interviews, Book Reviews, Live Projects, extempore Presentations, Current Trends in Business are conducted on a regular basis .These inputs enable the student to enhance and sharpen the basic managerial skills. Students are given enough opportunities to inculcate discipline which is the integral core of any management function. Orientation workshops and practice exercises on creativity, innovation and professional attitude and discipline form a major part of the training.
