Mode of Payment

1. Every student, after getting enrolled to this college has to pay his/her fees applicable according to the Caribbean Fees Policy which will be provided separately at the time of admission.
2. Students must clear the dues, if any, before every terminal exam starts up to that period.
3. Students must clear whole year's fees (i.e. for 12 months) and dues if any before the screening test starts at the end of the academic session.
4. All the above rules (1,2,3) are equally applicable to the students staying in the Caribbean Hostel (except for food).
5. Failing to pay the fees/dues within the due time will cause the students to face two losses
   • Students will be ineligible for the internal exams or for board exams as applicable.
   • Students will be fined a nominal amount until the total fees/dues are cleared.
6. Students willing to pay the whole year's fee in advance will be entitled to a 10% discount on the total fee.

Note: The amount of fees collected by means of fine will be utilized for the student's benefit through Student's Welfare Fund".
 

Withdrawals

Parents/Guardians/ or even students wishing to withdraw their ward or discontinue the school during any term will have to pay the fees for the whole year and no amount will be returned to them. Further, in case of expulsion of a student from the school for breaching the code of conduct also, the parents/ guardians/ students will have to pay the fees for up to that period and no amount will be returned to them.

No transfer certificate will be issued until and unless all the dues are paid in full.
Note:
Shuttle Service Holders have to pay total of Rs. 20,000/- for a year @ Rs. 2,000/- per month starting from the beginning month of academic session.

Hostel students have to pay their hostel fees on monthly basis excluding the tuition fees at the beginning of every month latest by 15th.
