This year, Tihar celebration entered our school grounds with great enthusiasm, bringing together students, teachers, and staff for a colorful program that honored this beautiful Nepali festival. The entire school was filled with festive energy as students and faculty participated in a range of traditional activities, learning more about the significance of Tihar while showcasing their talents.
The celebration kicked off with a spirited Rangoli competition, where students created vibrant designs using colored powders, petals, and diyas. The creativity and artistry displayed in the Rangoli designs reflected the dedication of our students and added a touch of traditional beauty to the school grounds. This activity was not only a competition but also a chance for students to collaborate and bond while celebrating cultural heritage.
Following the Rangoli competition, students and teachers joined together to perform traditional Deusi Bhailo songs and dances, dressed in beautiful attire that brightened the atmosphere.
